Do you offer returns?
Items are eligible for a full refund upto 48hrs after the order has been received.
Damaged/Lost items
All items are sent tracked. If an item was to arrive damaged or broken, you need to notify us with an image of the item within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then provide you with a refund.
Excluded Returns
All Sale items are excluded from returns & refunds.
Return Prices
The Buyer is responsible to pay for return postage. Once we have received and checked the piece, we will issue a refund. Refunds for returns can take up to 7 days to clear depending on the bank.
